Prepare the Citrus Dressing

Prepare the Corn Salad

  • Ears of corn, shucked and cut from cob 3 each
  • Bell pepper, green, diced 1 each
  • Grape tomatoes, halved 275 g
  • Radish, sliced into batons 60 g
  • Scallions, juilenned 100 g
  • Cilantro, chopped 3 g
  • Ginger, minced 3 g
  • Parsley, minced 4 g

Prepare the Roasted Garlic Hollandaise

Prepare the Artic Char

  • Artic Char or salmon, deboned, skin on, cut in 110 g filets 900 g
  • Butter 28 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Prepare the Citrus Dressing

    • Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the Corn Salad

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss with prepared Citrus Dressing and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Roasted Garlic Hollandaise

    • Combine the preparedKnorr® Classical Hollandaise Sauce with roasted garlic powder and the Knorr® Ultimate Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh. Keep warm.
  4. Prepare the Artic Char

    • Heat a large skillet with butter over high heat. Sear the fish, skin side down over medium heat. Flip and after 30 seconds turn off the heat. Remove fish and transfer to rack.
  5. Finish the Dish

    • Spoon 30 ml of roasted garlic hollandaise on the plate, then top with fish and the citrus corn salad.
