Slammin' Buffalo Chicken Dip
Shredded rotisserie chicken cooks slowly with a mix of indulgent cheeses until it reaches creamy perfection.

Prepare the Dip

Cream cheese, softened 140.0 g

Blue Cheese, crumbled 140.0 g

Smoked cheddar, grated 70.0 g

Yogurt, plain 190.0 ml

Green onion(s) 4.0 g

Hand-pulled, cooked, shredded boneless and skinless rotisserie chicken 375.0 g

Hot sauce 190.0 ml

Smoked paprika 5.0 ml
Preparation

Prepare the Dip
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until mixed well in to a oven safe dish or crock pot
- Cook slowly for approx ¾ - 1 hour or cook on low heat in a crock pot for 1 ¼ hours or until cheese is melted and dip starts to bubble on edges.
- Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Serve with chips, crackers and vegetables.
