  • Everything bagel seasoning mix 4.5 g

Finish the Salad

  • Watercress 340.0 g
  • Baby potatoes, boiled in salted water until tender, cooled and quartered 1.36 kg
  • Red onion, shaved 120.0 g
  • Smoked salmon pieces 566.0 g
  • Cornichon, sliced 20.0 each
  • Dill sprigs, as needed
  • Lemon, cut into wedges 3.0 each

Smoked salmon with tender baby potatoes, shaved red onion, cornichons and watercress, dressed with Creamy Dill Ranch dressing and topped with crunchy everything bagel breadcrumbs.



  1. Prepare Creamy Dill Ranch

    • Combine Hellmann’s® Classics Ranch Dressing with chopped dill, refrigerate until needed.
  2. Prepare Everything Bagel Breadcrumbs

    • Melt butter in a sauté pan, add panko and toast until golden brown. Stir in everything seasoning.
  3. Finish the Salad

    • For each portion, combine 34 g watercress,136 g quartered potatoes, and 12 g shaved red onion and toss gently with 65 ml Creamy Dill Ranch Dressing.
    • Arrange watercress potato mixture on a plate with 57 g of smoked salmon pieces. Top with 2 sliced cornichons,15 g Panko everything crumbs, dill sprigs and lemon wedges.
