Prepare the Dish

  1. Prepare the Dish

    • Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
    • Add oil to a hot saute pan.
    • Saute vegetable mixture for 2-3 minutes just to slightly soften the vegetables.Do not over cook as you still want a good bite in the vegetables.
    • Add the Knorr Professional liquid Concentrated Vegetable Base to the saute pan and glaze the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
    •  Remove from the saute pan to a strainer over a bowl to allow any excess liquid to drain as the vegetable mixture cools.Allow to cool
    • Make a slurry with the cornstarch and a little water.
    • Roll the eggrolls with approximately 1 ½ oz. of vegetable mixture in each one, sealing with the cornstarch slurry.
    • Deep fry the Eggrolls at 350 degrees until brown and crisp.Serve immediately with Hellmann’s Ancho Chipotle Sauce for dipping.
