  1. Prepare the dish

    • Charr all the vegetables very well on a hot grill
    • Julienne the Carrots, Shred the cabbage, Slice the beans on a bias about 1 inch long, and slice the Celery on the bias
    • In a hot wok, suate the vegetables briefly. Remove most of them and reserve.
    • Add prepared Knorr Professional Vegetable Liquid Concentrated Base, granulated garlic, onion powder, Knorr Professional Chicken Liquid Concentrated Base, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil
    • Add drained noodles and bring back to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook until the liquid has been absorbed and the noodles are tender.
    • Serve on a platter and top with remaining vegetables.
