Gingered-Lime Chicken with Rice Soup

Prepare the Soup

Onion, yellow, diced 1.0 each

Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, 2 cm dice 135.0 kg

White rice, uncooked 230.0 g
To Serve

Cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Preparation

Prepare the Soup
- Sweat onions, ginger, and garlic in small amount of oil.
- Add chicken meat and prepared Knorr Liquid Concentrated Chicken Base.
- Add rice and bring to a simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.

- Garnish with cilantro, lime juice and zest.
