Prepare the Chicken Skewers

  • Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, 2 cm dice 900.0 g
  • Caribbean Jerk Sauce, prepared 250.0 ml
  • Red pepper, large dice (cut into 8 pieces) 1.0 each
  • Green pepper, large dice (cut into 8 pieces) 1.0 each
  • Pineapple, large chunks 8.0 pc
  • Wooden skewers, as needed

Tender chicken thighs marinated in a traditional Caribbean jerk sauce made with papaya juice, skewered with sweet chopped peppers and juicy pineapple.



  1. Prepare the Chicken Skewers

    • Cut the chicken thighs into large pieces (32 pieces).
    • Marinate the chicken in the Caribbean Jerk Sauce for 2 hours.
    • Build the skewers using alternating ingredients.
    • Grill the skewers to 75 C degrees internal temperature while brushing with additional Caribbean Jerk Sauce to glaze.
