Jerked Chicken Skewers
Tender chicken thighs marinated in a traditional Caribbean jerk sauce made with papaya juice, skewered with sweet chopped peppers and juicy pineapple.

Prepare the Chicken Skewers

Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, 2 cm dice 900.0 g

Caribbean Jerk Sauce, prepared 250.0 ml

Red pepper, large dice (cut into 8 pieces) 1.0 each

Green pepper, large dice (cut into 8 pieces) 1.0 each

Pineapple, large chunks 8.0 pc

Wooden skewers, as needed
Preparation

Prepare the Chicken Skewers
- Cut the chicken thighs into large pieces (32 pieces).
- Marinate the chicken in the Caribbean Jerk Sauce for 2 hours.
- Build the skewers using alternating ingredients.
- Grill the skewers to 75 C degrees internal temperature while brushing with additional Caribbean Jerk Sauce to glaze.
