Prepare the Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned and flattened 10 each
  • Sugar 4 g
  • Soy sauce, dark 60 ml
  • Fish Sauce (Vietnamese) 60 ml
  • Ginger, chopped fresh, grated 5 g
  • Garlic, chopped 3 g

Prepare the Sandwich

  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Marinate chicken in sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and garlic for about 2 hours.
    • Grill chicken.
  2. Prepare the Sandwich

    • Spread baguettes evenly with Hellmann's® mayonnaise.
    • Top with prepared chicken breast, carrots, cucumber, leaf of basil, mint and jalapeno, if desired.
    • Serve immediately.
