Prepare Salad

  • Baby spinach, packed 250 ml
  • Parmesan, shaved 15 g
  • White button mushrooms, roasted, quartered 60 ml
  • Shitake, roasted, thin slice 30 ml
  • Red Onion, sliced 30 ml
  • Scallions, sliced 30 ml
  • Lemon zest 8 ml
  • Sesame seeds, toasted 5 ml
  1. Prepare Salad

    • Combine Sesame-Soy Dressing, spinach, parmesan, mushrooms and mix until evenly coated.
    • Top salad with remaining ingredients and garnish with shredded nori.
  2. Prepare Sesame-Soy Dressing

    Combine ingredients and whisk.
