  • Ciabatta roll, toasted 10.0 each
  • Tomato, Heirloom, roasted, sliced 20.0 each
  • Basil chiffonade 30.0 g

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Balsamic Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
    • Spread Balsamic Mayonnaise on roll.
    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
