Prepare the Burger

  • Beef Patty 10 each
  • Fresh mozzarella, sliced 10 each
  • Balsamic Mayonnaise, prepared 250 ml
  • Ciabatta roll, toasted 10 each
  • Tomato, Heirloom, roasted, sliced 20 each
  • Basil chiffonade 30 g
  1. Prepare the Balsamic Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
    • Spread Balsamic Mayonnaise on roll.
    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
