Prepare the Sandwich

  • Croissants, split 10 pc
  • Tomato 10 slices
  • Lettuce 10 pc
  • Chicken Salad, prepared 3.5 lbs.

Prepare the Chicken Salad

  • Chicken Breasts, cooked, diced 2.5 lbs.
  • Apples, Red Delicious, unpeeled, finely diced 1.25 cup
  • Grapes, green, halved 1.25 cup
  • Celery, diced 1 cup
  • Onion, small, white, minced 1 each
  • Hellmann's® - 10048001259352zzzz 0.25 cup
  • Lemon juice, fresh pressed 1 t
  • White pepper, ground 1 T.
  • Paprika 0.5 t
  1. Prepare the Sandwich

    • Scoop chicken salad (sub recipe below) on croissant and top with lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Salad

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
