Prepare the Dip

Sour cream, regular 250.0 ml

Black pepper, ground, as needed

Green onion or chives, finely chopped 12.0 g

Bacon, cooked then crumbled 450.0 g

Large tomato, seeded, drained and diced 1.0 each
Preparation

Prepare the Dip
- Mix all the ingredients together except the tomato and bacon. Chill until it's time to serve. Just before serving, stir in the bacon and tomato.
- Serve with toast points or quarters, or toasted pita triangles.
