Prepare Spice Roasted Cauliflower

  • Cumin, ground 30 ml
  • Paprika 30 ml
  • Salt 15 ml
  • Granulated garlic 5 ml
  • Granulated onion 5 ml
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • Cauliflower florets 900 ml

Prepare Sesame Honey Dressing

  • Hellmann’s® Honey Dijon Dressing 190 ml
  • Tahini 60 ml
  1. Prepare Spice Roasted Cauliflower

    Combine spices. Drizzle cauliflower in olive oil and season with spice mixture. Roast in a 400°F oven until tender and slightly charred.
  2. Prepare Sesame Honey Dressing

    Combine ingredients and whisk to incorporate.
  3. Prepare Salad

    Combine dressing with Brussels sprouts, radicchio, and roasted red pepper strips. Top with remaining ingredients.
