  • Spice Roasted Cauliflower 1.4 kg
  • Wild Rice, cooked 465.0 g
  • Onions, pickled 150.0 g
  • Sunflower seeds 130.0 g
  • Sesame Honey Dressing, prepared 420.0 ml

Roasted cauliflower is spiced with cumin and smoked paprika, tossed with Brussels sprouts, radicchio and roasted red peppers, then tossed in Sesame Honey Dressing. Garnished with pickled onions and salted sunflower seeds.

Preparation

  1. Prepare Spice Roasted Cauliflower

    • Combine spices. Drizzle cauliflower in olive oil and season with spice mixture. Roast in a 200°C oven until tender and slightly charred.
  2. Prepare Sesame Honey Dressing

    • Combine ingredients and whisk to incorporate.
  3. Finish the Salad

    • Combine dressing with Brussels sprouts, radicchio, and roasted red pepper strips. Top with remaining ingredients.
