Toast the Buns

  • Hotdog Buns 10.0 each
  • Olive oil, as needed

Prepare the Carrots Hot Dogs

  • Prepared Carrots
  • Prepared Buns
  • Maille Old Style Mustard 4 x 3.7 kg 100.0 ml
  • Kimchi 300.0 g
  • Chives, chopped 20.0 g
  • Sesame seeds 10.0 g
  • Watercress for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Prepare the Carrots

    • Place the carrots on a sheet pan, season and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 200°C until cooked.
  2. Prepare the Sriracha Mayo

    • To prepare the sriracha sauce, combine Hellmann’s Vegan Mayonnaise, lime zest and sriracha, and mix well.
  3. Prepare the Cheddar Onion Sauce

    • To prepare the cheddar sauce, blend Hellmann’s Vegan Mayonnaise with vegan Cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice and onion powder until smooth. Transfer the sauces into squeeze bottles.
  4. Toast the Buns

    • Drizzle the buns with olive oil and toast under the grill. 
  5. Prepare the Carrots Hot Dogs

    • To assemble, spread mustard on the toasted buns, add the carrots and kimchi.
    • To present, drizzle the sauces over the top with chives, sesame seeds and watercress.
