Colourful trio of peppers with the added flavors of thyme and red wine vinegar bound in creamy Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise.

Roast the Peppers

Red Bell Pepper 2.0 each

Yellow bell pepper 2.0 each

Green bell pepper 2.0 each
Prepare the Salad

Red wine vinegar 65.0 ml

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Red onion, sliced 150.0 g

Jicama, julienned 260.0 g

Fresh thyme, chopped 5.0 ml
Preparation

Roast the Peppers
- Lightly roast the red, yellow and green peppers until slightly charred. Cool and julienne.

Prepare the Salad
- Combine the roasted peppers with remaining ingredients.
