Cooking the brussel sprouts

    10 minutes
    • Preheat oven to 204 C.
    • Trim bottom of brussels sprouts. Then, slice each in half top to bottom. 
    • Toss brussel sprouts with vegetable oli, salt and pepper. Arrange sprouts cut side down in one layer on a sheet pan.
    TIP: Remove any yellow outer leaves from brussel sprouts when trimming.  
  2. Cooking the brussel sprouts

    40 minutes
    • Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly.
    • Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
    • Serve immediately with a side of Hellman's Vegan Mayonnaise.
