To Prepare

  • Creamy Orange and Za’atar Dressing 35 ml
  • Whole wheat couscous, cooked 250 ml
  • Za’atar 10 ml
  • Cucumber, medium dice 60 g
  • Blood orange, thin sliced, grilled, quartered 60 g
  • Pita Croutons
  • Avocado, medium, large dice 0.5 each
  • Preserved lemon, prepared, as needed
  • Cilantro, chopped 30 ml
  • Parsley, chopped 30 ml
  1. To Prepare

    Combine couscous with za’atar, herbs, cucumber, and 0.5 oz. dressing. Top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with remaining 1 oz. of dressing.
