Salad Preparation

  • Pine nuts, toasted 15 ml
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Smoked salt, to taste
  • Smoked fresh mozzarella, sliced ¼” thick 3 slices
  • Pesto, prepared 30 ml
  • Arugula, packed 250 ml
  • Heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved 90 ml
  • Hellmann’s® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 30 ml
  1. Salad Preparation

    Combine dressing, tomatoes, and arugula, toss until evenly coated. Drizzle with pesto and top with remaining ingredients.
