  • Meyer Lemon and Dill Dressing 30 ml
  • Fennel, roasted, thin slice 60 ml
  • Scallion, sliced 90 ml
  • Kale, chopped 30 ml
  • Parsley, chopped 30 ml
  • Carrot, shredded
  • Candied almonds 30 g
  1. To Prepare Dressing

    Combine ingredients and whisk.
  2. To Prepare Salad

    Combine all ingredients and toss together until evenly coated in the Meyer Lemon and Dill Dressing.
