Prepare the Zucchini

Prepare the Avocado Mixture

  • Avocados, ripe 5.0 each
  • Moringa powder 22.0 ml
  • Knorr® Professional Intense Flavours Charred Chili Heat 4 x 400 ml 15.0 ml
  • Lemon juice, fresh pressed 30.0 ml

Prepare the Avocado Toast

  • Thick multigrain bread, toasted 10.0 slices
  • Pistachio, toasted 175.0 ml
  • Radish, thin sliced 125.0 ml
  • Za’atar 15.0 ml
  1. Prepare the Zucchini

    • Thinly slice the zucchini on a mandolin. Lay the zucchini slices in a ½ hotel pan and cover with the Hellmann’s Lemon Za’atar Vinaigrette Dressing mixed with Knorr Intense Flavors Charred Chili Heat. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for up to 30 minutes, so the zucchini still has bite.
  2. Prepare the Avocado Mixture

    • In a large bowl, mash the avocado so it is still chunky. Fold in the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Prepare the Avocado Toast

    • Top each slice of toasted multigrain bread with the avocado mixture. Roll the zucchini slices and arrange on top of the avocado. Garnish with radish slices and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and za’atar seasoning.
