Prepare Citrus-Green Onion Chimichurri

  • Italian Parsley, chopped 250.0 ml
  • Green onion, green part only 250.0 ml
  • Garlic cloves 6.0 each
  • Extra virgin olive oil 150.0 ml
  • Knorr® Professional Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh 4 x 400 ml 60.0 ml
  • Oregano 30.0 ml
  • Salt, Kosher 10.0 ml
  • Black Pepper 5.0 ml
  1. Prepare Citrus-Green Onion Chimichurri

    • Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed until smooth, yet slightly chunky. Reserve, refrigerated.
